Process and Procedures

Making a Report

Formal Complaint

Investigation
Investigations are completed expeditiously, normally within thirty (30) business days, though some investigations may take weeks or even months, depending on the nature, extent, and complexity of the allegations, availability of witnesses, police involvement, etc. All parties have a full and fair opportunity, through the investigation process, to suggest witnesses and questions, to provide evidence and expert witnesses, 并对所有记录在案的证据进行全面审查和回应.
Live Hearing Process
